Op donderdag 19 februari komt Predatory Void hun nieuwe EP voorstellen in Oostende!

Predatory Void ontstond uit een botsing van contrasten. Gitarist Lennart Bossu (Amenra, Oathbreaker, Living Gate) begon tijdens de pandemie harder, directer materiaal te schrijven en vormde een band met drummer Vincent Verstrepen (Carnation), gitarist Thijs De Cloedt (Cobra The Impaler, ex-Aborted), zangeres Lina R. (Cross Bringer) en recent bassist/zanger Kris Auman (ENDLINGR).
Het resultaat: een volatile mix van shoegaze, doom, hardcore, black en death metal—even beklijvend als vernietigend. Vergelijkbaar met Ragana, Agriculture en Thou.

Hun debuut Seven Keys To The Discomfort Of Being (2023) trok veel aandacht in de underground. Sindsdien speelde de band op Roadburn, Alcatraz en Rock Herk, met een indrukwekkende passage op Soulcrusher Festival 2025.

Begin 2026 komt nieuw materiaal — scherper en gelaagder dankzij Auman's dubbele rol als bassist en backing vocalist. De intensiteit blijft, maar de vorm evolueert.

Het Brusselse VILLENOIRE vervoegt de affiche met Predatory Void.

Frontman Ioan kennen we van het intussen legendarische ????? ?????? ?????, terwijl andere leden hun strepen verdienden bij ????????, ????????? en ????????)?????(???????.

Hun debuutalbum 'WHORN' bewijst wat ze in petto hebben: sublieme vocals, rauwe emotie, zware riffs en een sound die doet denken aan Thrice, Cave In en zelfs Poison The Well.
